We have never been to the Carmel Civic Center Lighting & Holiday Market. We were excited to finally be able to participate! The paper said mulled wine, caramel popcorn, salsa, fudge, waffles, etc. I found the rhubarb wine to be my favorite :) Emily loved watching the juggler but didn't care for Rudolph so much. After all the lights came on... we headed to Cancun's to warm up for dinner! LOL The line for Santa was CRAZY so we definately didn't wait for that! We can catch him later !
