Barbie Exhibit

Busy phone lines at Barbie Headquarters!

This was a little girls dream! I was in just as much awe as Emily! Such fun things to do with Barbie!

Beep, beep, beep!

Emily excited about the little (RV) :)

Ooops..off Emily goes!

Gathering material

Building their rock wall

Fallyn & Bella building a different wall together

Teamwork!

The girls sketching their building :)

Emily building it! LOL

This exhibit was packing up and leaving our Childrens Museum at the end of the week, so I was glad we were able to come and see it before it left! The kids had a blast in here and we spent alot of time in this area watching them interact together. They all worked sooo well together building and exploring things!

Museum Fun with Friends

Cant wait to ride the Carousel

Fun!

The kids loved the Diner....and serving us ice cream!

Since we were rained out of our end of the year school picnic today....Allison thought The Childrens Museum would be fun for the kids. She was right, they all had a blast! We haven't been to the Museum in about 16 months. Needless to say, Emily was in awe with all the fun! We will definately not wait so long again to go back!
Thanks Allison for getting us in on your family pass! It was awesome to actually go somewhere and spend less than $3.00 (popcorn) to have this much fun! LOL

Happy 13th Birthday Makenzie "B"

Happy 13th Birthday Makenzie! I am glad we were able to come over and crash/ celebrate your party with you and your friends! LOL It has been a pleasure watching you grow into a teenager :) ......and of course, your Dad's cake was yummy!
We love you Kenzie Lou Who!

Last Day of Jr. Preschool

The "Green Spot" AKA..the meeting place

It has been a super fun year for the kids at jr preschool and MDO this year! We loved the teachers and the themes each week. It really kind of saddens me that it's all over because that just means one more year closer to going to real school. Which in turn means our kids are growing up :(
Emily and Fallyn absolutely love being together in class and really looked forward to "catching" up at the end of the day with Charlie & Bella after school. Unfortunately, on this last day of school we didn't get to see Bella because she had an appointment to be at before school was out so she didn't get to meet up with us at "the green spot". The kids always have to catch up a bit after school and get some energy out before we pack up and call it a day! We are super excited about all the fun we have in store for the summer with the extra days that we now have together because school is out...but I have to admit that I will be missing my 10 hours a week of doing my solo errands ! LOL
It was a great year! Thanks for everything goes to Mrs. Cindy & Mrs. Joanne!

"Eezy Peezy"

All Done!

We had pretty much decided to NOT get a swingset for our fairly small backyard. We have an awesome park to play at across the street at the school and didn't really think that we had adequate room to put up a nice wooden playset in the backyard. BUT......Mike just happened to be at an auction a few weeks ago where they were selling this Eeezy Peezy (brand name) small swingset new in a box. I looked them up online and they sell for $250.00 brandnew and are NOT suppose to rust...so he bid on it and got it for $80.00. We figured that was a fair price and bought it for Emily and I am sure we can get our money back out of it when we are done with it! It basically has a swing, a glider, monkey bar, and a pole that you twirl on. Perfect enough for a one child family that only has friends over twice a week....She is happy with our bargain of the week and thats all that matters!
Funny sidenote: I just realized upon uploading these pics that she has on her snow boots...too funny!

Bubbles, Baseball, and Kites

Aunt Barbara joining in the bubble fun

Matthew, Liz, & Luke

Emily assisting Aunt Nikki

Somebody lost the ball?

Getting ready to try on her own!

Emily is flying her own kite! Thanks Uncle Dallas for helping!
Brandi, Sophia, & Emily

Plenty of fun things to do outside today on this beautiful day! Jeff grilled out some awesome (100% grass feed ) burgers and the kids and adults enjoyed flying kites and a little friendly baseball. Emily also had to break out the bubbles.....

After leaving Mamaw Fleta's..we headed over to Aunt Kim's to drop off some flowers and gifts to her and Grandma Kay. Then drove over to BeechGrove to catch up with Mamaw Cathy at Uncle Ryan & Aunt Brandi's new house. This is basically when the picture taken came to a halt. I guess I ended up getting caught up with visiting after leaving my Mom's that I forgot to take any pics at the other houses except the one of Brandi with the girls! Oh well, it was my day too! Sorry to the other Grandma's but we'll get plenty more this Summer!

Happy Mother's Day Mom!

Mom got a Farmville Cash Card..too funny!

Emily is too happy to help with opening gifts..

I think Mamaw likes her mosiac frog and bath salts from Emily

My sister trying on her new ankle bracelet that Mom bought all of us girls from Brighton

Today is about spending time together but I have to say..I think everyone including my Mom made out just fine with gifts too! Mom even got a Farmville cash card for her Facebook game! We were also very appreciative of the ankle bracelets that she got all of us!
I have to give a special Thanks to my family too for my lovely roses, Vera Bradley cooler, "Mom" picture waterglobe (that plays wind beneath my wings), and the most beautiful MOM necklace that Brighton has ever made! I also treated myself to ordering the George Foreman 360 grill online since I recently shattered my large family one a few months ago. I just cant live without it and Mike went to 5 stores trying to find the one I wanted to replace it and gave in and just said the magic words.."Order it online if you can find it! We bought you something else!" LOL
We hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day Mom! Love you bunches! and Thanks Hunny you never disappoint either!
