After working up such an appetite finding eggs.....we decided that we would go for a late breakfast. Emily was very excited at the thought of going out for pancakes and bacon. We are not much for going out to breakfast so this really is a special treat. I am more of a going out to dinner type person.
Honestly I am not much of a breakfast person at all. My poor family has cereal, waffles, muffins, or oatmeal for breakfast. I hate making a big mess in the kitchen so early so it has to be a holiday before I usually cook a big breakfast. BUT.....this was a nice treat today for all three of us!!
