This morning Mike and I took Emily to her first public Easter egghunt. We wanted to go to this one lastyear but it was cold and rainy and I didn't feel like it was worth it for her age lastyear but the weather was much nicer today. A little breezy but sunny and much warmer than the previous year.
The egghunt was very nicely put together. They had it categorized by ages. There were tons of eggs everywhere. They had 4 picnic tables full of prizes. Most eggs were filled with candy but some had a prize ticket. We ended up with Emily having two full baskets of eggs when she was done but no prize eggs. I was surprised considering we had so many. It didn't matter to her though she was just thrilled getting the eggs and of course having candy in them! The Easter Bunny was there also but anyone that knows Emily knows she wanted no part of him. We had to stay far away from anywhere that he was at....so there are no pics of him!
