Okay..I didn't want to speak to soon but it has officially been a week now. Emily has been going potty and number 2 in her Elmo potty chair. I just started out putting her on it in the morning right after she gets up (before breakfast) thinking I would get her used to going...well to my surprise she started asking to go all thru the day on the second day. We have stopped using diapers totally except for night bedtime. I bought her big girl panties for around the house and pull-ups for on the go. She is doing great! No potty accidents...since Saturday! Yeah!!!! I guess maybe she was ready all along and neither one of us knew it!
