Emily had eyed these "monster pop" popsicle thingies at Bed Bath & Beyond when we were there the other day and just thought she had to have them! She wanted to get them with her bedtime reward stickers but I encouraged her to use some of her Easter money. So she did...and we made Popeye's Passion smoothies in the vitamix and filled up the posicles too! I figured this really isnt a bad way to have a little bit of control over healthier popsicles for the summer. Our next batch will be orange smoothies & her organic pink lemonade that she loves from Trader Joes...

2 cups of organic spinach
2 cups or fresh pressed apple juice
1 frozen organic banana
